DMCA Policy Overview

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to promptly terminate the accounts of users that are determined to be repeat infringers. We will also in appropriate circumstances disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

Misrepresentations

We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification of claimed infringement or counter notification in violation of the law.
